Privacy policy

This page describes the current website. It does not mean a mobile app is listed on Google Play.

BEManage POS stores the information a shop enters so the shop can run service jobs and billing.

Information collected

- Account name, email address, phone number, and password hash.

- Shop profile, customers, products, invoices, payments, and service jobs entered by the shop.

- Email verification codes are stored only as a hash, with an expiry time. Codes are not written to application logs.

- If the shop turns on WhatsApp or Razorpay, messages and payment references needed for those features are stored.

- Server logs may include the time of a request and an IP address for login-rate limits. They are not used to publish a Play Store data-safety form by themselves.

This website does not claim a Google Play data-safety submission has been filed.

Trial and subscriptions

Trial expiry does not delete shop data. A subscription is optional and is recorded with start and end times.

Account and data deletion

Shop owners can ask for deletion of the user account and shop data by emailing the support address published on this website. Until that request is completed by the operator, the data remains in the database. There is no in-app delete-account button in this version.
