Seven-day free trial
A new shop receives one trial of 7 days, starting when the owner verifies the email. The end time is stored in the database and checked on the server. The same email cannot start a second trial. When the trial ends, shop data stays saved and paid tools wait for a subscription.

Questions
How long is the free trial?
Seven days from the time the shop email is verified. The clock uses server time.
Can the same email start another trial?
No. Each email address can receive the trial once.
What happens when the trial ends?
Paid shop tools stop until a subscription is active. Job, invoice, and customer records are kept.
How do I ask for account deletion?
Email the support address on this site and ask for the shop account and its data to be deleted. There is no self-serve delete button in the app today.
